Admin Executive, Bukit Merah Depot

Purpose and Scope

We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for the depot and operation’s daily administrative matters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with Depot Managers to ensure compliance and regulation on Direct Labours’ hours of work, overtime and rest day.
• Tracking and Submission of Direct Labours’ attendance to relevant departments AL/MC.
• Prepare and raise the necessary CAPEX, EPR for purchases.
• Prepare Monthly Accrual based on Finance given deadline.
• Tracking of Daily Good Received Notes (GRN).
• Monthly completion of all VIM Coding.
• Monthly Accrual for Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order (PR/PO) and Non-PR/PO items.
• Daily preparing and handling of Waste Tonnage Data Entry and monthly reporting.
• Assist in daily checking of Electronic Service Order (ESO) and Disposal Ticket before dispatch to Pre-billing team.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team, including taking minutes in monthly departmental meeting.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in administrative roles.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous and comprehension of systems and process flows.
• Good planning, organizing, and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently.
