Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department.
• Assist new financial advisors to apply the license.
• Assist in compliance matters follow and meet standard requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of compliance reporting to regulators and statutory body.
• Assist and provide administrative support to financial advisors.
• Ensure filing and documentations are properly record and updated.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years working experience with a Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word & Excel.
• Resourceful, meticulous, well-organised, able to maintain confidentiality at all times, and demonstrate positive attitude.
• Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other language would be an added advantage.
