We're Hiring: Admin Executive

Location: Kundli, Sonipat
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and facility management.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain office records, documents, and inventory.
• Handle office supplies, courier services, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide administrative support.
• Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admin Executive.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
