ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

1.      Perform Training plan and documentation in SOP related to HR   as planned by HACCP Team Leader.

2.      To Assist and monitor internal and external training to all related department

3.      Monitor general cleaners, office boy and gardeners.

4.      Monitor security guard.

5.      To assist inventory control on company sundries uses and others

6.      To assist HR on organization chart and documentation on HACCP.

7.       To assist Arrange and coordinate all functions and visitors.

8.      To assist Coordinate and prepared documents for inspection from fire department, DOSH. SPAN and DOE.

9.      To assist coordinate and monitor the operation of sewage plant and other related task.

10.   Others related task that has been assigned by the top of management from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree  Administration/ Management / related field.

Experience 1-2 years in Administration

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsible for handling all assigned tasks and duties

Able to take on new challenges from time to time and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities

Must have own transport
