Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
• Prepare sales documents, invoices, and agreements
• Liaise with customers, banks, insurance companies, and relevant authorities
• Manage vehicle records and documentation
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain proper filing and database records
• Support the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to multitask
• Prior automotive industry experience is an advantage but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
