Admin Executive

Descriptions:

• To assist in departmental daily operations such as Admin, Production, Project and etc.
• To execute and coordinate all departmental related activities.
• Monitor the quality and progress of the task given.
• Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above.
• Required language(s): English , Melayu
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Business Administration or equivalent.
