Admin Executive

Salary Package: Up to $3200 basic (Experience based)

Working Location: WEST – Company transport provided

Working Hours: Mon to Fri | 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Operations in daily operations and administration.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams on POs, DOs, returns and project schedules.
• Arrange equipment testing and maintenance, and handle customer enquiries and issues.
• Prepare invoices, progress claims and statements of accounts; follow up on billing and payments.
• Liaise with vendors on project execution and verify invoices for payment.
• Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliations, and prepare monthly reports.

Requirement:

• Degree or diploma in business admin or relevant discipline preferred
• 1-2 years experience is sales coordinator or sales admin role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
