Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier follow-up.
2. Prepare and maintain documentation such as PO, DO, invoices, and related records.
3. Manage store operations, inventory control, and stock records.
4. Liaise with government authorities and customs on LMW, import/export, and regulatory matters.
5. Support HR administrative functions, including recruitment, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
6. Maintain proper filing systems and provide general administrative support.
7. Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
