Admin Executive

About the role

Provide administrative support for operations, including import and export shipments, inventory control, and documentation management.

Key responsibilities

• Process import and export shipment documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and transporters
• Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing
• Update inventory transactions in the system
• Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy
• Assist with stock counts and stock reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepare delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and related documents
• Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment activities

About you

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory administration
• Knowledge of import/export documentation is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Inventory control
