Admin Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, meeting arrangements, and meeting room bookings.
• Perform general administrative duties, including document filing, data entry, and record management.
• Assist in procurement process such as source quotations, prepare comparison tables, and raise purchase orders and payments
• Assist in maintaining company's assets, office supplies and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
• Monitor the Company vehicles & land banks matters, suchs as servicing, road tax, insurance renewals, quit rents and assessments and etc
• Support the planning and coordination of company events, training programs, and other administrative activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and external parties when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
