Admin Executive

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Executive to join the ZENITH ID CONCEPT SDN. BHD.' team in Balakong, Selangor. As our Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our administrative functions. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to internal teams across the organisation
2. Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and digital
3. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail
4. Assisting with event coordination and planning
5. Providing reception duties and welcoming visitors to the office
6. Performing other general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
6. A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
7. Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
