Admin Executive

About the role

This role provides general administrative and clerical support, marketing support, and customer service. You will prepare and modify documents, maintain office supplies, resolve customer problems, and build relationships with customers and partners through communication and follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Provide marketing support and assist with digital marketing follow-up and updates to partners
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Maintain office supplies for department
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and expediting corrections
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Handle stock return documentation, warranty claims and complaints
• Monitor calls to dealers, follow up on status and payment issues

About you

• Check and reply to customer emails inquiries same day
• Fulfil daily sales orders and arrange delivery
• Attend to walk-in customers or guests
• Answer calls and process phone call orders
• Handle payment collection and bank deposits
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
