What they need
- Responding to consumer inquiries and offering administrative and sales support to sales teams such as issue sales order, invoices, delivery order through SQL Accounting Software.
- Maintain an effective work atmosphere by promptly responding to all sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Prepare job orders, sales orders, and quotations. Upload received orders into the SQL Accounting Software system, keep an eye on them, and occasionally update the projected date.
- To comprehend the company product and do arrangement and schedule for production.
- Work together with the sales team and driver team to manage schedules, file crucial paperwork, share pertinent information, and preparing trips for drivers.
- To comprehend the needs and expectations of our clients and make sure we deliver the greatest service and commitment in line with those needs and expectations of the business.
- To carry out any additional tasks that the management or your supervisor may delegate as needed from time to time.
