About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and motivated Admin Executive to join our growing team in Klang, Selangor. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, delivery orders and other related documents.
• Handle basic administrative and office tasks.
• Serve and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team on customer orders and deliveries.
• Maintain proper filing and records of documents.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Minimum SPM / STPM / A-Level / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Language Proficiency:

• Able to communicate with our diverse clients

Computer Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Email.

Personal Qualities:

• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
