Admin Executive

Requirements

1. Fluent in English, written and spoken.
2. Candidate ideally possesses a degree in accounting related field.
3. Basic accounting knowledge
4. Good communication
5. Disciplined and responsible
6. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Responsibilities

1. Handle purchasing and import administration from overseas suppliers
2. Communicate with overseas suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and delivery schedules
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders and other parties involved in the import process
4. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
5. Process supplier payments and manage banking transaction administration
6. Prepare and monitor the company's cash flow
7. Perform accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
8. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial documents are properly maintained
9. Assist in preparing periodic financial reports
10. Handle the company's tax administration and reporting, including VAT (PPN) and withholding taxes (PPh)
