Job Scope
Handle customers’ online printing orders
Make simple artwork adjustments using Adobe Illustrator (training provided)/ Canva*,* Send artwork to customers for approval before printing
Provide customer service via live chat
Handle returns, refunds and after-sales matters
Follow up and ensure orders are processed accurately
Requirements
Computer literate
Fast learner and willing to learn
Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Basic Adobe Illustrator / Canva knowledge is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome
