About Car Medic

Car Medic is a Department of Environment (DOE)-licensed Authorised Automotive Treatment Facility (AATF) specialising in the responsible disposal of unwanted and end-of-life vehicles.

We help vehicle owners manage the disposal process—from the initial enquiry and documentation to vehicle collection and final disposal—in a way that is simple, safe and properly managed.

As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to enquiries and communicate with customers professionally.
• Guide and support customers throughout the vehicle disposal process.
• Follow up on ongoing cases and outstanding matters.
• Assist with administrative work and documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle collection and logistics across Peninsular Malaysia.
• Work with customers, service providers and internal departments.
• Update records and case information using the company’s digital systems.
• Assist in resolving customer and operational matters.
• Manage assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed properly.
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve our processes and overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service, sales, administration, operations, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Fast and confident when using computers.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management platforms, AI tools and other digital systems.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new software, processes and responsibilities.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
