Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage daily office administration and coordination activities.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and general communication.
Maintain office records, documents, files, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication.
Maintain bills, expenses, and administrative records.
Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate records management.
Assist management with reports and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.
Strong documentation and record management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Candidate Background:
Candidates with relevant experience in furniture, interior, hospitality, project sales, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
