Admin Executive

• • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• • Conduct regular site visits and monitor ongoing work.
• • Coordinate with security personnel and ensure proper security management.
• • Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, coordination, and performance monitoring.
• • Ensure timely arrangement of vendors for maintenance and operational requirements.
• • Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, and facility management.
• • Maintain records of vendors, maintenance activities, and administrative expenses.
• • Support management in executing daily operational tasks and resolving on-site issues.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, facility management, or operations.
• • Strong knowledge of vendor arrangement, vendor handling, and daily field operations.
• • Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• • Willingness to travel for regular site visits and outside operational work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
