Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Raise PR/PO to vendors using ISS system.
• Follow up on the Purchase Order & Job completion.
• Update ISS system and Ordering to Billing Tracker.
• Ensure accuracy in updating of any data into system.
• Tracking Orders status and follow up.
• Ensure that all documentation is maintained in proper order.
• Follow up on outstanding documents from Purchase Requisition to Billing.
• Follow up with Client on the Client PO to process ISS Purchase Requisition.
• Support / Backfill Receptionist / Admin when they take leaves.
• Administration duties at Sites requirements.
• Receptionist duties at Sites requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Job Skills

• Good working knowledge of Esker / SAP system and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
• Team oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
• Experience of working within a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good positive working attitude and good attendance.
• Willingness to learn new things in order to support / backfill other team members.
• Fluency in spoken and written English
