Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and T100 System

• Serve as the Document Control Center for project document submission.

• Prepare documents and issue Project’s Purchase Requisition.

• Prepare Payment Request and Follow Up Payment.

• Assist Project Engineer with any administration work related to the project.

• Serve as ISO Committee to apply for ISO Certifications

• Serve as Internal Auditor to Monitor and Control Engineering Changes Status.

• Serve as Project Executive when he/she is not available.

Requirement:

• Candidate in diploma in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Scheduling: Ability to assist in the preparation of project schedules.
• Procurement: Skill in preparing project purchase requisitions.
• Budgeting: Ability to contribute to the preparation of project budgets.
• Contract Review: Ability to conduct reviews of project contracts.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in compiling project information, performing analysis, and preparing reports.
• Workflow Optimization: Ability to turn recurring tasks into standard workflows for efficiency.
• ISO Knowledge: Understanding of ISO standards for departmental representation.
• Administrative Skills: Ability to serve as an Admin Executive and handle administrative tasks.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work on tasks assigned directly from superiors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
