Job Summary

Venkatesh Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Admin Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative activities, maintain records and ensure smooth office operations. Candidates with experience in industrial gases, manufacturing or a similar industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain office records, documentation, files and registers.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers for administrative requirements.
• Monitor office supplies, stationery, maintenance and other administrative expenses.
• Coordinate staff attendance, housekeeping and general facility management.
• Assist management with administrative reports, data entry and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience in the industrial gases or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
