Admin Executive

ADMIN EXECUTIVE – 2 JUNIOR POSITIONS

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Permit sponsorship is available for eligible Malaysian candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the team
• Prepare, check and submit insurance-related documents and applications
• Maintain accurate client records, reports and filing systems
• Follow up on pending applications, policy servicing and documentation
• Handle data entry, emails, telephone enquiries and appointment scheduling
• Assist with training sessions, customer events and recruitment activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal departments
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow up on tasks independently
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be useful for assisting Mandarin-speaking clients
• Administrative or insurance experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
