Our services generally include Prestressing Works, Design & Construction of Concrete Structures, Heavy Lifting, Bridge Construction, Dywidag Bars, Structural Repair, Stay Cable Systems, DSI Post-Tensioning Systems, and Precast works.

Requirement :

• Possess at least 2 years of work experience in administration or operations.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
• ISO knowledge will be an added advantage
• Active, Good personality, Positive work attitude and mindset
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Job Responsibilities:

• Office administration
• Provide administrative support for the operations team
• Assist with the company's legal actions.
• Assist with ISO documentation.
• Assist with staff insurance and insurance claims
• Assist with the company’s events and activities
• In charge of the welfare of the company’s staff
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Successful applicant shall be based in Damansara Intan, Petaling Jaya . Salary shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
