Admin Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage staff accommodations—rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, complaints
• Coordinate office and store maintenance—electrician, plumber, AC, pest control
• Track and renew all AMCs—AC, elevator, fire safety, pest control, CCTV
• Manage office supplies and pantry—ordering, inventory, cost control
• Arrange travel and logistics—for MD, team, and vendor visits
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security vendors
• Maintain asset register—office equipment, furniture, fixtures
• Handle utility bills—electricity, water, internet, phone
• Support event logistics—venue, catering, setup
• Insurance coordination—policy tracking, claim filing
• Follows up with architects and vendors & tracks material supplied/received during new store development—quotations, challans, bills, payment tracking, and coordination with the accounts dept., etc.
• Maintain a proper file of assets & expenses for the new store and tabulate in Excel as well

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
