Admin Executive

1. Process export and cut-to-length orders, including PO processing, approval, cut-length memo, DO details, and shipping documentation.
2. Prepare and coordinate export documents, including Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), K2, and other required shipping documents.
3. Coordinate with Production and Logistics to monitor finished goods status and arrange timely deliveries to customers.
4. Maintain and update daily sales and order records, including customer POs, deliveries, billet, and related sales information.
5. Prepare monthly sales and management reports, including sales strategy, production schedule, CBD memo, PRM slides, and agent sales/collection updates.
6. Monitor customer payments and outstanding collections, and provide the necessary updates to relevant departments.
7. Manage general sales administration, including stationery and photocopier supplies, gas nomination updates, steel bar pricing information, and other administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
2. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics, or export documentation.
3. Candidate must be familiar with PO processing, delivery orders, shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
5. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an advantage for liaising with clients from the Mainland
6. Candidate must have their own transport to work at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya. The nearest public transport is KTM Dato' Harun (7-minute walk)
