Admin Executive

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and well-organised admin executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a

young, dynamic and collaborative environment

, communicates well, and is keen to learn and grow with the company. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply, training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative duties, documentation and filing

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents

Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal team members

Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails

Maintain proper records and update company information

Assist with scheduling, appointments and general office coordination

Provide administrative support to management and project teams

Perform other general administrative duties when required

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsible, organised and able to follow up on tasks independently

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Comfortable communicating through email and WhatsApp

No extensive experience required; training will be provided

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
