Position –Admin/MIS Executive

Location: Ranchi Jharkhand.

An Admin/MIS Executive manages daily office operations while collecting, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support business decisions.

Administrative Responsibilities

· Office Operations: Supervise daily office tasks, maintain office equipment, and manage inventory and supplies.

· Vendor Coordination: Work with external service providers for office repairs, facility management, and procurement.

· Correspondence & Scheduling: Handle incoming communications, draft official letters, and manage executive calendars and meeting schedules.

· Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital archives of contracts, documents, and employee records.

MIS (Management Information Systems) Responsibilities

· Data Collection & Entry: Gather cross-departmental data (sales, HR, inventory) and ensure data accuracy and entry.

· Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and performance dashboards using tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

· Data Validation: Audit reports and data sheets to fix errors, reconcile formats, and maintain database integrity.

· Process Support: Bridge the gap between raw data and management insights, helping teams track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

· Salary: ₹ up to 25 K /month(Negotiable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
