About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and adaptable Admin Executive to work closely with the Founder and support daily business activities across different departments.

This is an all-rounder position suitable for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, and can handle different responsibilities in a small business environment.

Hosting TikTok LIVE sessions to promote and sell company products is a mandatory part of this role. Applicants must be comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with viewers. Previous experience is an advantage but not compulsory, as training will be provided.

Assisting with video recording for the Founder is also a key responsibility. You will work closely with the Founder to plan, prepare, film, and support video content creation for social media and business purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder with daily tasks, meeting arrangements, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Support HR, Administration, Operations, Production, Marketing, and Sales activities as required.
• Host TikTok LIVE sessions to introduce products, engage viewers, and support online sales.
• Assist with video recording for the Founder, including planning, preparation, filming, and basic editing support.
• Assist with business projects, research, documentation, and general coordination.
• Occasionally drive the Founder to business meetings, appointments, site visits, and outstation destinations.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are welcome.

Must possess a valid driving licence and own a car.

Good and safe driving skills.

Willing to travel outstation when required.

Willing to appear on camera and host TikTok LIVE sessions.

Willing to assist with video recording and content creation for the Founder.

Responsible, independent, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information.

Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement and attending the office, meetings, live sessions, video shoots, and site visits when required.

Single candidates are preferred.
