Admin Executive

Job Title: Operations Admin Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time role based in the North Region for an Operations Admin Executive at Ng Guan Seng Woodworking Industrial Pte Ltd. As the Admin Executive, you will provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include Order Management, Inventory Management, Logistics and Shipping Coordination,

You will have to work with the production team to coordinate incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.

You will also have to monitor stock levels and update inventory records, schedule deliveries, liaise with drivers, and coordinate shipments.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain office records, files and databases
• Provide customer service support to clients and suppliers
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as issuing purchase orders, processing invoices, updating stock records, and order planning as required.
• Liaise and coordinate with the sales team and delivery drivers on order processing and delivery arrangement
• Coordinate import/export shipment documents to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
