Admin Executive

We are hiring an Admin Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative operations, vendor management, procurement, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration skills, effective communication with internal departments, and basic calculation and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations across office locations.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and pantry supplies.
• Handle procurement, vendor coordination, quotations, and invoices.
• Maintain administrative records, office assets, and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or coordination.
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Good communication with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination.
• Basic calculation skills and accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Other Details:
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
