Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised

Admin Executive

to support our sales, administration, purchasing and operational functions. This is a varied role suitable for someone who is organised, hands-on and comfortable handling different responsibilities in a small working environment.

Provide administrative and clerical support for day-to-day office operations.

Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, placing orders and following up on deliveries.

Maintain purchasing records and coordinate with suppliers on orders and related matters.

Coordinate the servicing, maintenance and calibration of company equipment and assets, and maintain the relevant records.

Assist the sales team with client enquiries, quotations, documentation and general administrative coordination.

Maintain company records, documents, reference materials and other administrative information.

Support employee welfare activities and general office arrangements.

Coordinate with the operations and support teams on administrative requirements when necessary.

Assist with other administrative, purchasing and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Relevant administrative or purchasing experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Good organizational and communication skills.

Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.

Meticulous and responsible.
