Admin Executive – Job description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch. The role involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring sales and collection processes, coordinating with Head Office, managing customer communication, and ensuring timely completion of branch-related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor and update the sales pipeline and leads using Zoho Bigin.
• Complete pre-disbursement checks as per the prescribed SOP.
• Manage post-sales documentation, including NACH, hypothecation, transfer of ownership, MOD, insurance follow-ups, and loan closure activities.
• Manage receipts, collections, PTP tasks, and overdue-payment follow-ups.
• Maintain daily collection and bank deposit reports and coordinate with Head Office for reconciliation.
• Maintain records related to seized vehicles and their sale.
• Assist with QuickSight reports, daily consolidated EMI reports, and weekly branch status reports.
• Manage branch communication through WhatsApp groups and emails.
• Coordinate regularly with Head Office and support audit preparation by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Overall Objective:

To ensure smooth branch operations by maintaining accurate documentation, timely reporting, effective customer communication, and proper coordination between the branch and Head Office.
