ob Description – Admin Executive

Department: HR & Administration

Reporting To: Manager – HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Plan and monitor daily cleaning activities, conduct deep physical inspections, verify work completion and ensure immediate corrective action.

• Transport: Monitor vehicle availability, pickup/drop timings, driver attendance, vehicle documents and transport vendor performance.

• Canteen: Daily inspection of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, menu compliance and meal timings.

• Security: Verify guard attendance, gate operations, visitor and vehicle registers, security procedures and shift deployment.

• Vendor Management: Strictly follow up with housekeeping, transport, canteen and security vendors to ensure service quality and accountability.

• Reporting: Maintain daily checklists, inspection records, complaints and corrective action reports. Submit a consolidated daily report to the Manager – HR & Admin.

• Compliance: Ensure all facility operations follow company SOPs, safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.

Key Expectation: Hands-on daily monitoring, thorough physical verification, strict follow-up and timely closure of all operational issues, with complete reporting to management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
