About the role

V&C INFINITY ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and organised Admin Executive to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining office records, files and databases
• Handling correspondence and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing administrative support to the management team
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Performing general clerical duties such as printing, filing, and data entry
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
