Admin Executive

Our Client:

• Engineering Services (Government Sector)
• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Tanjong Pagar
• UP $3300 Basic + Variable Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative operations, including document preparation, purchase requisitions (PR), logistics coordination and preparation of reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of non-technical operations, calibration, and repair-related processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support procurement activities, ensuring timely processing of calibration and repair jobs while adhering to company procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
• Min. 1 year of administrative / executive support experience in technical / engineering industry
• Prior experience with quality management systems and calibration processes will be advantageous
