ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Engineering background - Prefer oil & gas knowledge

Creating, editing, and formatting documents using Microsoft Word.

Organizing and managing data in Microsoft Excel.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems.

Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Report directly to GMD

To handle all Delivery Order (D/O), Invoices, stock Inventory on Mercoid Group

Companies.

To handle local purchasers, generate D/O and Invoices as well as arrangement of

Delivery orders pertaining to Mercoid Group Companies

To attend to, if possible, all telephone calls regarding to sales enquiries or Sales

Leads and timely submission of price quotation within the validity period.

To provide good and polite customer service. Liaising with clients, customers,

Supplier and other staff

To work hand in hand and to assist other staffs from time to time when necessary.

Other duties as and when arise and as assigned from time to time.

SQL accounting user

Saturday 1/2 day work

female, under 30 years old, able to converse in mandarin, Malay, english

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,001.00 per month
