Admin Executive

• Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Generate and maintain documents in SQL Accounting System.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, warehouse, and logistics regarding order delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing of documents.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in the system.
• Support general administrative duties and other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
