What they need
-Handle all company import and export matters, including the preparation and management of related documentation.
-Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers regarding stock availability, shipment arrangements, and delivery status.
-Monitor and resolve issues raised by the Sales Department, providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and ensure proper follow-up.
-Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
-Minimum education level: SPM
-Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
-Computer-literate
-Prefer candidates with own transport
-Abe to work 5.5 days a week
