ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and process quotations, invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and related project documentation.

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including payment follow-ups with customers and suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on orders, deliveries, and project requirements.

Provide customer service support by responding to enquiries and coordinating appointments, site measurements, deliveries, and installations.

Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and project records.

Track project progress and ensure timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, including sales, project status, and outstanding payments.

Assist in procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of all project-related records.

Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Meticulous, organized, and responsible.

Experience in Interior Design, Renovation, Construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
