Admin Executive (Construction)

Salary Package: Basic up to $3300(Exp based)

Working Location: WEST – Company transport provided from Joo Koon MRT

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Operations in daily operational and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams to process customer purchase orders, delivery orders, return documents, and project schedules.
• Arrange equipment testing and maintenance while responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare tax invoices, progress claims, and statements of accounts, and follow up on project billing and payments.
• Liaise with vendors on project execution and verify invoices before submission for payment.
• Perform asset, inventory, and financial reconciliations with the Accounts team and prepare monthly management reports.

Requirement:

• Degree or diploma in business admin or relevant discipline preferred
• 1-2 years experience in a coordinator or admin role is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• No experience welcome, training provided
