Admin Executive (Construction, Purchasing, Changi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist purchasing department to maintain vendor list and develop supplier relationships.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on project or site requisitions.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Resolve delivery issues, shortages, and damaged goods in coordination with site and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all procured items comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Record, data entry, inventory checks and other administrative tasks assigned by the HOD

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
