Admin Executive- Construction Trade

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a construction company to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, GST-related accounting, and client documentation. This role is suitable for individuals with a strong administrative background who are able to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in

processing and tracking invoices

Support

GST accounting and documentation

Apply

Work permits, track WP details and book classes for workers (when required)

Incharge of Payroll submission

Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative or accounting support roles preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software

Proficient in QuickBooks is a plus

Familiarity with basic accounting principles and GST submission

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to manage time and workload effectively

Salary: SGD $1800 – $2,500 per month

Working Location: Ubi

Working Days: 5.5 days
