Looking for a proactive Admin Executive to manage factory administration, facilities, and maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Industry: Manufacturing

CTC: Upto 5.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure smooth operations
• Handle maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, civil work)
• Supervise housekeeping hygiene standards across factory office
• Manage AMC contracts (HVAC, pest control, RO systems)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors service providers
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance activities
• Manage stationery, pantry consumables inventory
• Raise purchase requisitions track stock
• Monitor security visitor management protocols
• Maintain admin records, vendor bills petty cash
• Oversee cafeteria, washroom hygiene employee facilities

Required Skills
