Job Summary

Support logistics operations by managing import/export shipments, coordinating with suppliers and customers, tracking deliveries, maintaining inventory, and assisting with orders and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle import and export shipments and prepare related documents to ensure smooth logistics flow

Coordinate communication with suppliers, forwarders, and customers to facilitate timely deliveries

Track shipment status and support customs clearance processes to avoid delays

Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records to support operational needs

Assist with processing orders, generating invoices, and performing general administrative duties to support the logistics team

Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to organize data and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking purposes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1–3 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles

Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Experience using QuickBooks accounting software

Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
