Job Summary

South End Trade Links is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Admin Executive

to support the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, basic computer knowledge, and a good working knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate should be sincere, willing to learn, and capable of handling assigned tasks efficiently and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with manufacturers, suppliers, institutions
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and office records.
• Collect, organize, and maintain data related to Government Tenders.
• Assist in monitoring and following up on tender-related activities and requirements.
• Ensure proper and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other office-related duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or above in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good follow-up ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complete assigned work on time.
• Responsible, sincere, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Malayalam and English and (Hindi -preferred).

Salary

• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month during the training period.
• Experienced Candidates: ₹14,000 and above per month, based on experience, skills, and suitability for the position.

We are looking for candidates who are responsible, sincere, organized, and willing to learn. Candidates with good communication skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle office work efficiently will be preferred.
