Admin Executive (Junior)

Intrinseque Health, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a driven and organised Admin Executive to join their dynamic team in Melaka. This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing and innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and wider business
• Manage the daily operations of the office, including handling correspondence, filing, and general office organisation
• Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Support the HR function with tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective communication
• Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
