Admin Executive- Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative and office support functions.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Manage office documentation, filing systems, and company records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external parties.
• Handle expenses claims, invoice processing, and basic accounting-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and databases in an organized manner.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of administrative working experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Working location: Bangsar South, KL (accessible by LRT- Kerinchi station)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
