What they need
We're seeking an Admin Executive to provide secretarial and corporate support for our MNC.
- Annual Leaves and Completion Bonus
- Renewable contract with extension/conversion
- Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and secretarial to head of department and members
- Assist with visa, expenses, calendars, and company events
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting rooms, virtual links, minutes, and follow-ups.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experienced in Admin, Secretarial, Personal Assistant, or Corporate Support
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
