Admin Executive – Office/Construction Operations

• Manage day-to-day admin operations for ongoing construction projects and site offices across Karachi
• Coordinate between site teams, project managers, contractors, and head office
• Maintain project files, site registers, daily progress reports (DPRs), and attendance records
• Handle contractor & vendor coordination — quotations, work orders, delivery follow-ups
• Track material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery challans with procurement/store
• Assist in contracts, BOQ documentation, and project correspondence
• Ensure site documentation (permits, NOCs, safety records) is complete and up to date
• Handle general office admin — correspondence, filing, petty cash, travel arrangements, and support staff supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA or equivalent)
• 2–4 years admin experience with construction/contracting/real estate exposure
• Strong MS Office skills — Excel is a must
• Good English & Urdu communication
• Willingness to visit site offices across Karachi when required

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
